Assists the pastor in the
spiritual transformation of the
parish in conformity with its
mission statement and
pastoral plan.
Assists the pastor in building
an evangelizing  community
that proclaims and lives the
Gospel of love and forgiveness;
where all are welcomed with
open arms; where the poor and
oppressed are embraced and
served; where people worship
in  thankfulness and praise.
Assists the pastor in the
administration,  preservation,
and development of the
temporal resources and goods
of the parish.
Assists the pastor to enable the
parish to fulfill its mission in the
church and in the world by
facilitating the financial
administration of the parish in  
compliance with its mission and
strategic plan.
